Principal Brandon French

Welcome to East Kingston Elementary School, home of the Kingfishers!
My name is Brandon French, and I am proud to serve as the principal of EKES. I live here in East Kingston with my wife and our two boys, and I feel fortunate to be both a resident of this community and a leader in our school. With twenty-four years of experience in education, I am grateful to work alongside the knowledgeable and dedicated staff here at EKES.
Over the years, I have taught at both the elementary and high school levels in Williamsville, NY; Newfane, NY; and Nashua, NH, and I later served as an assistant principal at Wilson and Webster Elementary Schools in Manchester, NH. I am passionate about early education as the foundation of a child’s lifelong learning journey, and I’m excited to begin my sixth year as principal of this amazing team at EKES who share that same commitment.
While I love New Hampshire and proudly call East Kingston home, I can’t deny my New York roots! I’m a lifelong sports fan—especially of my New York Yankees. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time at the lake kayaking and fishing, watching my boys play sports on the court or athletic field, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
I value strong partnerships with families and believe communication is key to student success. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can support you or your child in any way—my door is always open.
