Information for Families

Rose is a Competency-Based Learning and Assessment Specialist assisting schools throughout the United States in designing high-quality competency, assessment, and grading systems. A New Hampshire resident, Rose is a motivational speaker and presenter in the areas of competency-based learning, digital learners, differentiation, and school leadership. She is an author, a consultant to the NH Department of Education, an Adjunct Professor in Educational Leadership at Plymouth State University, has been a partner in the Nellie Mae Education Foundation, and has served as Principal in Residence for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Currently, she is working with SAU 16 schools to support our efforts as we move toward implementing competency-based education for all of our students.
